This covers physical items we ship: receipt printers, starter kits, QR sticker rolls, and receipt paper. The app itself is delivered digitally.
1. Coverage & timelines
- Shipping across India via reputed couriers.
- Dispatch: within 2 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery: typically 3–7 business days; remote PIN codes may take longer.
2. Charges
- Starter kits and printers: shipping included unless stated at checkout.
- Consumable reorders: flat shipping shown at order time; free above announced thresholds.
3. Tracking
Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp/SMS at dispatch.
4. Damaged or missing items
Report with photos within 48 hours to contact@scanbilly.com for a free replacement (see the Refund Policy).
5. Incorrect address / failed delivery
Re-shipping after failed delivery due to incorrect details may incur courier charges.
